Food was first class, we really enjoyed everything! Ordering system didn't work, not just for me but for other customers too. Instead of my order being ready at 1840, it was almost 1900 before I received my food

Didn't get the order right.

We asked for the pizza half and half in the notes but unfortunately the toppings were both just all over and we didn’t realise until home and eating it. It was sweetcorn so not easy to pick off. Husband was disappointed.

Food cold and inedible on delivery.

Northfield has changed names but is still a decent chippy, the food is freshly cooked and of good quality.

Never lets us down for a cheeky Friday night fish n chips. Thank you!

The breaded fish was great unfortunately the king rib was as tough as old boots and appears to have been sitting around since they opened. The batter was even tough to cut and one end that I thought was brown sauce was simply the colour of the rib. Two customers lost.

Fish was burnt and inedible chips were full of unnecessary bits and the ones that were edible weren’t very good I have had stomach surgery and was looking forward to the fish but I won’t be ordering from you again

Pizzas is very good.

Food tasted good but I ordered a pizza with 3 toppings and only got 2 of them (missing onions). I know it's a mistake but at £1.40 a topping, it was disappointing.

I like the Barracuda. I was disappointed with the length of time that I had to wait. However… I love busy chippy and it ensures that your food is fresh and hot.

Lovely fish suppers..ordered online and collected 20 minutes later...excellent!!

The order wasn’t ready in time for collection, the portion was small and drowning in brown sauce. Staff were all too busy doing the same job organising deliveries and ignoring customers in the shop. Clearly run by someone that doesn’t know how to manage. Very poor.
